PRELIMINARIES

Online Printing System is a prepress process that bridges the gap between online digital content and commercial print production. The process allows a print house, a client or a graphic designer to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the prepress phase. This process increasingly calls for a Portable Document Format (PDF) workflow environment with output provided by digital printing.

This solution will make your company run more efficiently and profitably by streamlining your business processes, maximizing your resources and eliminating redundant operations.

PRODUCTS

The site currently supports eight major and popular print products as listed. We are shortly going to introduce more products like logos/mailing labels, vinyl stickers, catalogs, banners, calendars, door hangers and raised ink cards.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.

PRINTING

Over/Under Runs

Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, Star Print Express Ltd. reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.

Uploaded Content Requirements

We strongly recommend that content uploaded to Star Print Express Ltd. for print fulfillment is:

At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which Star Print Express Ltd. does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.

Designed in CMYK and uploaded to Star Print Express Ltd. in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and Star Print Express Ltd. is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).

Production Turnaround Time Policy

Star Print Express Ltd.'s standard turnaround is dependent on the product ordered; if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for the relevant product.

Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated date you will receive your order is a combination of the selected turnaround time and shipping time. Once your order is placed your turnaround time generally cannot be changed and billing charges will not be reversed.

For your convenience, depending on the product ordered, Star Print Express Ltd. offers a variety of different production turnaround times. Not all of the following turnaround times are offered on every product; the available turnaround times will be listed with product as part of the order process.

Same Day (not available in all locations) -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 8:00 a.m. will be ready for shipping or pick by the end of the same day. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 8:00 a.m. will be treated as having been timely received on the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pick up is available only until 6:00 p.m. (orders completing after 5:00 p.m. may not be available for pick up until the following morning).

Free delivery (if available) will be on the next scheduled delivery day. We do not offer same day turnaround combined with same day free delivery. For example, if your free delivery schedule is on Wednesday and Friday, a same day turnaround order placed on a Monday will not be delivered until Wednesday; if free delivery is available every day, Monday through Friday, the order would be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day turnaround is only available for quantities up to 500. Subject to job specification review.

We reserve the right to print same day turnaround product on our digital presses.

Next Business Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 9:00 a.m. will be ready by the end of the next business day. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 9:00 a.m. will be treated as having been received before 9:00 a.m. the following business day.

Next Day Plus 1 - - all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready the by the end of the second business day after receipt. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 1:00 p.m. will be treated as having been received before 1:00 p.m. the following business day.

2-4 Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready between 1:00 p.m. the second business day after receipt and 1:00 p.m. on the fourth business day after receipt.

5-7 Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready between 1:00 p.m. the fifth day after receipt and 1:00 p.m. on the seventh day after receipt.

Please note: – Turnaround times for jobs that Star Print Express Ltd. does not deem production ready (e.g., those with problems or that require a proof) will not begin until the job is approved and ready for production.

If you choose group shipping this may add at least one additional day to your chosen turnaround time.

 

Use of Design Tools Policy

The design tools available on this Website are made available to all users of the Website. In the event you create a design, such as a sign, emblem or logo, you do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements made available through this Website that enabled the creation of the design, and these design elements are and will continue to be the property of Star Print Express Ltd.(or the licensor if applicable) and will remain freely available to other Star Print Express Ltd. customers. Your use of the Site Content provided on this Website and/or the creation of products or materials using such Site Content does not create joint authorship, joint ownership, works made for hire, or any other interest of any kind, with Star Print Express Ltd.in or regarding such Site Content.

It is solely your responsibility to determine whether any design you may create using the design tools made available to you by Star Print Express, infringes, or may be subject to a claim of infringement upon the trademark, copyright, or other rights of a third party. You should consult with an attorney as to whether a design you create may infringe upon the rights of another party.

This site may contain links to websites that are owned and/or operated third parties, and that are not under the control of Star Print Express. These links are provided only as a convenience. Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.

PRICING/PAYMENT/ORDERING

No, the price list indicates basic prices of products against the speculative quantities. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. Please use the indicative prices for calculating the basic cost. Once you place the order using the above parameters, we will quickly mail you the final, exact cost.

Order Approval/Proofing Policy

Star Print Express Ltd. has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Even if a Star Print Express Ltd. customer service representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that Star Print Express Ltd. will review any other order you place. Orders are printed in their "as submitted" form and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. Star Print Express Ltd. DOES NOT make any changes on customer files. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Star Print Express Ltd. will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.

Star Print Express Ltd. does not provide proofs of any order unless the customer requests it as part of the order process and it is an option available for the product. If you request a proof then it is your responsibility to verify the proof against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc).

If a proof is requested, then your job will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof in writing. Please be aware that this may impact the job turnaround time.

Order Cancellation Policy

A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a Star Print Express Ltd. Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services. All cancellations must be completed through this website by accessing your Pending Orders. If you do not see a button for cancellation, the job has gone into production and cannot be canceled.

If within forty five (45) days or later of you placing an order and Star Print Express Ltd. has not received any files or incomplete files from which to complete your job, Star Print Express Ltd. may at its option cancel the order and refund any payment charged to your credit card.

Payment Policy

All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars or Canadian dollars based on the country you have chosen in your profile. Star Print Express Ltd. presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.

In order for you to register with and order products and services from Star Print Express Ltd. it is necessary for you to provide and keep on file a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use. By submitting a credit card number to Star Print Express Ltd. you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorized to use it. You agree that in the event the credit card information you have provided becomes invalid, out of date or that you are no longer authorized to use the card, you will immediately provide another credit card number that is valid, authentic and current, and which you are authorized to use. Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by a Star Print Express Ltd. customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our Website. This may affect to your estimated delivery date.

Unless Star Print Express Ltd. agrees otherwise, all product and service orders must be paid for at the time of the order and accompanied by an authorization to charge a credit card on file with Star Print Express Ltd. or to charge a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use, that you provide at the time of the order. (If new credit card information is provided at the time of the order it will be added to the credit card information kept on file; Star Print Express Ltd. will not assume that previously provided credit card information is not valid). If a charge against a credit card you provide is not authorized or accepted, or is subsequently refused or rejected, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability.

In the event you make one or more changes to an existing order that incur additional charges, those charges will be applied to the credit card that was used for the original order, or to an alternative credit card that you provide to us.

In the event that Star Print Express Ltd. and you have agreed upon an alternative method of payment and the payment is not received within 5 business days of the date on which payment was due you hereby irrevocably agree that Star Print Express Ltd. may charge one or more of the credit card(s) you have on file for the full amount of your outstanding account balance.

Returns Policy

We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you place an order with Star Print Express Ltd. the current Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy will apply.

We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may contact our Customer Service Department and a Star Print Express Ltd. representative will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have with your print job.

If you believe your print job is defective or has not otherwise met your requirements please contact Star Print Express, IN WRITING via the online support system, within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. If we determined that a product is in fact defective or has not otherwise met our obligations, one of the following two resolutions will be offered:

1. We will reprint the print job with rush production.

2. We will refund the original order price.

We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to either of the above resolutions being agreed to.

We reserve the right to request entire job to be returned to us.

A Customer Service representative will generally contact you within 24-48 hours of us making the determination that a reprint or refund is appropriate in order to confirm the approved solution. If you do not make contact with our representative within five (5) business days of their first attempt to contact you with the approved solution we will assume that the issue has been otherwise resolved and no reprint or refund will be given. Once the approved solution is agreed then, unless we agree otherwise, you must return the entire original print order to us, at the address provided by our Customer Service representative, within 15 calendar days after the date the solution is approved. If you do not return it within this time frame you agree that the original order will be charged against your credit card on file with Star Print Express.

A refund or reprint will only be possible after an approved solution has been authorized and, unless we agree otherwise, provided that the entire original print order has been returned to and received by us.

When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the original product order.

A reprint will begin rush production within one (1) business day of our confirmed receipt of the product or such earlier time as we may agree to.

The forgoing is Star Print Express Ltd. sole responsibility with respect to a defective order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Print Express Ltd. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Star Print Express Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the order.

The following are some guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:

  • An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. (We will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested).
  • The product is lost, delayed or returned to Star Print Express Ltd. due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment).
  • Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  • Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  • Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
  • Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.
  • Errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. Star Print Express Ltd. does not any changes on customer files.
  • Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.
  • Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. Star Print Express Ltd. does not color match or match customer specified ink density.
  • An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you order a sample from us and test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. Star Print Express Ltd. is not responsible for an inability to print or write on a Product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose.
  • Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
  • Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).
  • Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.
  • A customer’s violation of any of the terms and conditions governing the use of Star Print Express’s website and/or ordering of product.
  • Viruses, worms, trojan horses and other forms of harmful or malicious code that are not detected or removed using Star Print Express’s standard virus/malicious code detection procedures.
  • Loss, corruption of, or damage to your personal information, Customer Content, order history or related information that is stored by Star Print Express.
  • Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.
  • The release of an order by the shipper without obtaining a signature.

Please note that Star Print Express’s provision of advice, assistance or guidance either on this Website or via our Customer Service representatives does not constitute an acceptance of responsibility or liability for any problems that may arise in connection with any print order or services provided.

SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update and revise these Shipping Policy and Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. Please make sure that you review it frequently as anytime you place an order with Star Print Express the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply.

If your order is produced at a Star Print Express facility that is close to your location, you may be able to either pick up your order or take advantage of our local delivery service option.

Star Print Express Ltd.("Star Print Express") ships all packages via UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR or its related services. Our standard shipping level (“Standard Shipping/Shipments”) is UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR Ground or Economy Shipping*, but you may elect to use an alternative method of UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR shipping during the ordering process. Our shipping charges are based on the rates charged by the carrier as they may vary from time to time. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact our shipping department for more information regarding Saturday shipping. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier. If you elect to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) take possession of the order. If you take advantage of our local delivery option, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) accept delivery, or when we leave the order if delivery without a signature has been authorized.

Unfortunately, we cannot use a customer's personal account with UPS or any other carrier.

The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that although we make an effort to meet the estimated delivery times, because we use a third party shipping service we are not able to guaranty a specific delivery date or time. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.

When you place an order, you will be provided with the Star Print Express production site where your order will be processed. We have company owned production sites located across the U.S. and your job will generally be allocated to provide the most efficient shipping based on your chosen delivery location. Certain product offerings, however, require production at a specific production site and the shipping time and charges will be calculated based on that location.

For Standard Shipments being made to a delivery point within the United States, you can use our Shipping Maps to estimate your package arrival from the time of shipment. Select the Shipping Map that corresponds to the production site you are provided with at the time of your order. Please Note: these Shipping Maps only provide you with an estimate of the delivery date; we do not guarantee delivery on the date indicated. Also, when estimating your package arrival, the timeframe denoted on the Shipping Maps does NOT include the day of pickup by the carrier or the order turnaround time.

If you select a shipping service level other than Standard Shipping the delivery date will correspond to the service level chosen. Again, the delivery date does not include the day of pickup. If you select 3 Day Select, 2nd Air Day, Next Day Air, or some other UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR special delivery level (or their equivalent) this means that UPS is guaranteeing its shipping service within the time period selected. Note that only these special accelerated shipping services are guaranteed by UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR within the UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR time frames given. Standard Shipping is NOT guaranteed to deliver within the estimated arrival time.

Your estimated shipping time is in addition to the order turnaround time you selected during the order process. Add the turnaround time and estimated shipping time together to estimate the actual delivery date.

If you have dated or time sensitive material please plan accordingly; leave plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest that in such circumstances you do not rely on Standard Shipping delivery.

Star Print Express will ship to a destination outside of the United States; however, it may be necessary to separately estimate the shipping method and costs. You may be able to enter the destination in order to receive an estimate of the shipping costs, but you should contact Star Print Express (or UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR) to receive an estimate of the shipping time involved. All pricing for international shipments is in U.S. dollars. Our pricing includes product and shipping costs only; customs duties and other costs incurred as a result of international shipping are in addition to our costs and you are separately responsible for these costs. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain international locations. Please contact our Shipping Department for more information regarding international shipping.

We reserve the right to change the site initially allocated to the production of your order. (For example, equipment failure, natural disaster or order volumes may impact our production capacity requirements necessitating a change in site). Should this happen, you may be informed by email and it may impact your estimated shipping time, etc. You can check our shipping maps for the estimated transit time from the new production site.

Our shipping process cannot generally accommodate the aggregation of multiple print orders for shipping purposes; each discrete product ordered will be shipped separately, will require a separate shipping charge, will have its own estimated shipping time, and may arrive on a different date to other products you have ordered. If you are ordering multiple products, it is possible that these may also require different production sites and the estimated shipping time may vary for each separate product. If you are ordering a specially priced package of products, there will be only one shipping charge incurred, however, the individual products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If the receipt of multiple products is time sensitive please plan accordingly as we cannot guaranty that multiple product orders will be received on the same delivery date.

Limited Group Shipping

For certain limited product lines we are able to consolidate multiple orders for group shipping. The Product Builder page will indicate if group shipping is available on your product order.

1. The following rules apply to group shipping orders:

a. Orders must all be placed at the same time;
b. Maximum run size per order (see specific product for details);
c. Group shipping must be designated at time of order;
d. All orders must be same product type;
e. All orders must have same turnaround time (NOTE: Same day turnaround is not available on group shipping);
f. Each order must be for the same quantity (e.g., 1,000 business cards);
g. Order must go to same address;
h. Order must have same contact person.

2. Choosing group shipping may add at least one day to your chosen turnaround time. Please factor this into you order time.

3. If one or more jobs in the group of orders designated for group shipping is delayed, for any reason, all jobs within the same group will be held and delayed until all jobs are complete. We recommend that you do not choose group shipping for any job that has a time sensitive deadline.

4. The due date for all jobs designated for group shipping will be determined by the time of the final approval of the last approved job within the group. If an order for six jobs is placed on a Monday and they are designated for group shipping, but one or more of the jobs are not approved until Wednesday, then the turnaround time and due date will be calculated as if all jobs were approved on Wednesday.

5. Once a group of orders has been designated for group shipping we cannot release any part of the order from the group for an alternative mode of shipping (earlier or later).

6. A change to the shipping service or address can be made through the link on the site up to the point of bindery only.

We recommend that you do not choose group shipping for any job that has a time sensitive deadline.

Orders that exceed size or weight limitations for the selected delivery level may be divided into multiple boxes. Your order conformation and/or product tracking information will reflect the number boxes you can expect for your order. If your order is divided into multiple boxes, each box will incur a separate shipping charge and we cannot guaranty that all of the boxes will be received on the same day.

Because UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR does not ship to a Post Office box, it is your responsibility to verify that an actual street address has been entered, and that it is the correct and accurate address (including zip code) for your delivery. Economy Shipping does ship to residential and Post Office Box addresses, however a correct and accurate address is required. We strongly recommend that you include a telephone contact number in your shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses. We are not responsible for any delays or losses of product once the product is delivered to the carrier for shipment.

Please verify that your payment information has been correctly entered. Shipments may be delayed because of improper credit card information and we are not responsible for any delay or loss associated with this.

Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.

If a package is not delivered due to a customer refusal (which would include a failure to pick up the product from the carrier, if applicable) or an error made by the customer, e.g., not submitting the proper shipping address, it may cause the package to be reshipped (with the corrected address if applicable), and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for this reshipment. You may also incur additional fees as a result of the inability of the carrier to deliver the order, as well as return fees. Even if you decline to have a product reshipped, you will continue to be responsible for the product cost, original shipping and any additional fees incurred as a result of the product being returned, and you consent to these fees being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.

If, after placing an order, you wish to change the shipping address you may do so up until the time the order is out for delivery. Each time that you request that we intercept and transport an order to a new shipping address (i.e., other than the one currently chosen) you will incur an administrative fee of at least twelve dollars and thirty-five cents ($12.35) as well as any increases in the shipping fees and other charges UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR may impose. You consent to these fees and charges being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.

We will make every effort to adhere to the estimated shipping schedule and delivery date for your order. However, equipment failures, technical problems, shipping delays and other problems beyond our control may delay the printing and delivery process. Under such circumstances rush charges and other production fees may be waived or refunded as applicable, however, such delays are not grounds for cancellation of an order. By placing an order with Star Print Express you are agreeing that we are not responsible or liable for, and no refund, cancellation or credit will be due as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.

Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address the carrier will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address. If you require a delivery signature, please contact Customer Service.

Local Pickup Policy

We reserve the right to update and revise these Pick-Up and Local Delivery Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. When we do make changes we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Please make sure that you review it frequently; anytime you place an order or otherwise use the Star Print Express Ltd. website the most current Pick-Up and Local Delivery Guidelines will apply.

Pick-Up.

When you place an order, if pick-up is an available option for the product, you will be able to choose pick-up from within the shipping options you are offered. If you choose this option, the product will be available for pick up when the status of the order (on our website) changes to O.K. for Pick-Up and/or we you send an email advising you the order is available for pick-up. Our pick-up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (local time of the relevant facility).

If you choose the pick-up option please be prepared to provide a copy of your order confirmation as well as a personal I.D. For your protection, we must reserve the right to refuse to turn over any product to anyone who cannot provide a copy of the order confirmation and/or adequate identification. PLEASE NOTE: Unless you make suitable arrangements with us in advance, we will not permit your customer to pick up your order.

Pick-up orders will be held for no more than thirty (30) days after the order status changes to O.K. for Pick-Up. An order not picked-up within 30 days is subject to disposal. Star Print Express Ltd. will not provide a credit or refund for orders that are disposed of because they were not picked up within 30 days.

Local Delivery.

Limited local delivery is offered at each of our locations. At the time you place an order, if local delivery is available, you will be able to choose it from within the shipping options you are offered. Not all addresses within a delivery zone will be eligible for local delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse to provide local delivery services to anyone.

Although our delivery trucks operate Monday through Friday, depending on the Star Print Express Ltd. location and/or the zip code where you are located, delivery may only be scheduled and available on certain days of the week, e.g., Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

If you choose the local delivery option, then the estimated delivery date will be the next scheduled delivery day within your delivery zone after the order status on our website changes to “out for local delivery,” or its equivalent. For example, if the status changes to pending local delivery on a Tuesday and the next scheduled delivery date for your zip code or area is Friday, the order will not be delivered until at least Friday.

We cannot guaranty delivery on any particular day. Even if the delivery date for your zip code or area indicates delivery on a specific day, circumstance may delay actual delivery until the next day or later. Also, because delivery schedules will vary, we cannot guaranty delivery at any given time during the day. A delivery may be made at any time between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Safety and scheduling issues mean that we restrict the local delivery service to the ground floor/ lobby of multiple story buildings. In addition, delivery will not be attempted if our drivers are not able to safely park their vehicles. In the event that Star Print Express Ltd. is not able to deliver your order, we will make a second attempt on the next scheduled delivery day for the delivery zone. After two failed delivery attempts, the job will be changed to pick-up. (You have the option of completing a drop off waiver form that will permit us to leave your order if nobody is available to accept delivery. We will not leave an order without written authorization.)

Star Print Express Ltd. is not responsible for any problems that are the result of delayed delivery or delivery failure (e.g. loss of business or customer). If you need to have your order by a specific time, we strongly recommend that you plan accordingly: choose the appropriate turnaround time and either elect to pick up the order or select the appropriate UPS overnight delivery option that can meet your schedule. PLEASE NOTE: local delivery is not available for drop shipping to your customer; we only deliver to your location.

We reserve the right to withdraw, or change the terms of pick-up and/or local delivery (including changing the eligible delivery zones) at any location without prior notice.

POLICIES AND TERMS

Color Quality

Star Print Express Ltd. guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. Star Print Express Ltd. is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. Please note that the application of UV coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors. Star Print Express Ltd. is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.

Customer Provided Content

For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to Star Print Express Ltd. for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to Star Print Express Ltd. you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Star Print Express Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Star Print Express Ltd. in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

Star Print Express Ltd. does not maintain Customer Content indefinitely. Customer Content uploaded to the Website with an associated order will be kept on file for a period of up to fifteen (15) days. At the end of that time it may be deleted and irretrievable. Please note that Customer Content uploaded to Star Print Express Ltd. cannot be used to re-order an additional print job; it is only maintained for reprint purposes.

You agree that you will not send, upload, post or otherwise transmit to Star Print Express Ltd. any Customer Content that contains material that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; (ii) which invades another person's privacy; (iii) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (iv) advocates or urges treason, insurrection, sedition or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (v) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (vi) is the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity; (vii) contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would way interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production of Star Print Express Ltd. and/or or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.

You acknowledge that Star Print Express Ltd. does not pre-screen Customer Content, but that Star Print Express Ltd. reserves the right to do so at any time and that Star Print Express Ltd. and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Customer Content and/or to refuse to fulfill a print job or order that violates these Site Terms or that may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Star Print Express Ltd. may preserve Customer Content and may also disclose Customer Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Site Terms; (c) respond to claims that the Customer Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Star Print Express Ltd., its employees, users and the public in general.

Upon receipt of such counter notification, we will promptly provide the person who provided the original infringement notification with a copy of the counter notification, and inform that person that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. we will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the counter notice, unless we first receives notice from the person who submitted the original infringement notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system or network.
